My Story
I spent 4.5 years in the petrochemical industry. Stable job, decent salary, predictable path. But I've always been drawn to investments, to the idea that there are smarter ways to build wealth if you're willing to study it, understand it, and act at the right moment.
Property kept pulling me back. I started paying attention to the market, reading up on transactions, tracking which projects were appreciating and why. And the more I learnt, the more I realised: most people don't have access to clear, unbiased advice when they're making what is often the single biggest financial decision of their lives.
That's when I decided to make the switch.
I got into real estate because I believe the right property move, made at the right time, can change everything. It's not just about having a roof over your head. A well-chosen property builds wealth, provides security, and gives you options down the line. A poorly chosen one does the opposite.
I won't recommend something just because it closes a deal for me. I'd rather walk you through the numbers honestly, tell you when something doesn't make sense for your situation, and help you wait for the right opportunity than push you into the wrong one. That's not how I'd want to be treated, so that's not how I treat my clients.
I'll tell you what I genuinely think, even when it's not what you want to hear. That's the only kind of advice worth giving.
