Lentor Gardens Residences is one of the final new launch plots within the Lentor precinct in District 26, developed by GuocoLand — the same developer behind Lentor Modern and Lentor Hills Residences. The site sits at the doorstep of Lentor MRT (TE5) on the Thomson-East Coast Line, offering direct access to Orchard, the CBD, and eventually the East Coast without a transfer.

As one of the later releases in the Lentor cluster, buyers here benefit from established price benchmarks from Lentor Modern and Lentor Hills Residences, as well as the growing community and infrastructure that comes with a maturing precinct.

Lentor is a precinct that has come a long way in a short time. GuocoLand has been consistent here — Lentor Modern set the tone, Lentor Hills Residences confirmed demand, and Lentor Gardens Residences is now one of the last remaining plots. The North location will always have buyers who feel it's too far from the city, and I think that's a fair point for some profiles. But for families, the value-per-sqft compared to CCR/RCR is genuinely hard to argue with, especially with doorstep TEL access making the commute far more manageable than it looks on a map.
