As one of the later releases in the Lentor cluster, buyers here benefit from established price benchmarks from Lentor Modern and Lentor Hills Residences, as well as the growing community and infrastructure that comes with a maturing precinct.
Lentor is a precinct that has come a long way in a short time. GuocoLand has been consistent here — Lentor Modern set the tone, Lentor Hills Residences confirmed demand, and Lentor Gardens Residences is now one of the last remaining plots.
