About Jerlyn

I believe the right property move can change everything.

Before I became a property consultant, I spent 4.5 years in the petrochemical industry. It was a stable career, good pay, predictable path. But I've always been drawn to investments and to the idea that there are smarter ways to build wealth if you're willing to look for them.

Today, I see myself as a property strategist, someone who sits with you, understands where you are financially and where you want to be, and helps you build a roadmap to get there. I won't recommend something just because it closes a deal. I'd rather tell you to wait for the right one.
